Quick Salad ~ Simple Rocket (arugula) salad with pine nuts, Pecorino and Balsamic

A crazy simple weekday or weekend salad idea. I could eat this until it came out of my ears, I adore it. The salty Pecorino cheese contrasts great with the balsamic whilst the rocket adds pepperiness and the pine nuts a great subtle crunch. Recipe can be found here.
