I made your chicken pot pie last night and it was so delicious. In america it’s standard to make them with some sort of heavy cream of chicken or mushroom soup. Thus this recipe was a welcome pleasure.
I am vegetarian and made the dish with Quorn brand fake chicken breasts and fakin bacon. I also substituted the chicken stock for vegetable stock. Added a couple more veggies as well since I figure mine might be lacking the richness of the real meat dish.
But either way…your recipe was great. I loved it. The directions simple and easy. Thanks!
