Hi Katie, I just want to say I absolutely love your work and aspire to follow in your footsteps. I am a photographer in Ireland who studied at I.A.D.T in Dun Laoghaire. I have a lot of experience in the food industry and want to specialise in Food Styling. I currently am looking to do a course in Food Styling & Photography and am finding it difficult to find one that doesn’t involve a workshop/holiday jazzed up with lavish accommodation for a costly price. I stubbled upon you when looking for a cookery book for my mother and was delighted to find your fabulous book. (As to her delight!!) If you could recommend any course or workshop or have any advice for me I would much appreciate it. Keep up the creativity. Love the recipes. You rock!!!!! And please send us some of that orange ball in the sky to shine on our frozen Irish backsides!!!
