Another recipe from my sis. Batida is a Portuguese word meaning ‘beaten’ Very yummy and if you don’t like the idea of the egg white, you can substitute it with cream, it’s just as tasty.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 jigger rum
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Cracked ice
- 1/4 cup of very strong cold coffee
- 1 egg white
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.
- Serve with a straw and a few whole coffee beans as a garnish (optional)
