    I am a big fan of mushrooms. I will have to rip in a bit of garlic and nutmeg the next time I am frying up some mushrooms. Thanks for the great recipe.

    That seems like a lot of cheese?????????

      1 cup loose grated Parmesan = 100g. For 4 people 200g in a Parmesan cream sauce is not excessive, it’s a lot, but don’t forget the recipe title. I use the exta grated Parmesan to serve – some people like a little extra, some people like a lot. I prefer to suggest more and people can always pull back if they wish. Cheers
