    I would love to make these but I don’t have a kitchen scale. Any suggestions for North American measurement conversions (cups/spoons)?

    Katie, these are amazing! Thank you for this recipe. It is a new family favorite.
    Naomi, for one batch I used
    1 cup granulated sugar
    3/4 cup flour, sifted
    3/4 cup cocoa, sifted
    1 stick plus 5 tablespoons butter, melted
