These mousses are wonderfully zingy and light ~ perfect for a summer’s day. I like to serve them in mismatched vintage glass jars. They’re also a great dessert to take on a picnic as they’re nice and portable.

    hi, so im just wanting to know if you can make these the night before and have them sitting in the fridge until ready to use the nest day? will the biscuit base go soggy?

    and thanks for all of you lovely pics and recipes! this is one of my go to sites when it comes to baking :)

      To be totally honest I have never left them overnight so am not 100% sure, BUT I think they should be ok. I’d chance it and let me know how you go? Thanks x
