    Hi Katie! I am from South Australia and planning a 3 course winter meal around a single ingredient for a friend of mine whose favourite vegetable is… parsnip! Found this recipe of yours for Roast Chestnut, Parsnip, Apple and Goat’s Cheese Soup and decided it will have to be the entree! Just wondering if you have tried pairing any wine with it and, if so, what you may suggest. I was thinking of something like a Sauvignon blanc- any thoughts? Thanks in advance for your help!
