    Gorgeous recipe. I’m wondering if I can get good results using butternut squash?

      Hi Lisa, yes totally. I am actually re-writing this recipe a tad for my next book. I have tweaked it a little – not that it needs it but I was making it a few weeks ago for a dinner party and I ended up altering it slightly, I used Butternut Squash instead – worked brilliantly!
