    Yea! I found the recipe! I’m not a experienced meat cooker but I do enjoy a meaty meal now and then This so satisfying. I put the ribs ona creamy polenta made with buttermilk instead of water and loved it. this time I will do the potatoes.

    How do I do this without a slow cooker?

      Lucy you can just cook it the same in a standard oven.

    I cooked this in my dutch oven last night and it was simply perfect… Thank you such a heart warming recipe!
