Peach, pear + fresh ginger smoothies

INGREDIENTS /

1 cup (250ml) pear juice
3 peaches, stones removed, cut into small chunks
2 tbsp thick Greek-style yoghurt
1 banana, sliced
1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
Ice

METHOD /

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor with a handful of ice and whiz together until smooth and frothy.

Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
