Black Forest Gateau - Part 1
I was watching Masterchef Australia during the week and the Pressure Test this week featured the three contestants making Black Forest Gateaux. The sample cake they were shown was completely drool-worthy and it has made me determined to have a go. I had planned to make and shoot it this week but alas, time has escaped me.
