Every now and again I like to post up commercial jobs their pics and recipes which I have completed for clients, and this past Spring I was asked if I'd like to team up with the Queen Victoria Building to write, style and shoot some recipes ~ using ingredients from some of the QVB's great food retailers. I wasn't aware before I took on this job that the QVB actually produces a magazine but I was really impressed at the design and level of style throughout the mag. It's a really gorgeous publication and reflects the iconic feel of the beautiful QVB building and all the gorgeous shops and restaurants housed within. In the latest edition of Icon Magazine you will find the season's hottest fashion trends, inspiration for home decorating and two new recipes I wrote for the mag: a Baby pea, asparagus and kale spaghetti with crunchy macadamia and bread crumb pangrattato, and for the sweet tooth, a gooey, fudgy Cinnamon Tea, Chocolate and Salted Caramel Tartlets made with Haigh's Chocolate and infused with cinnamon tea leaves from The Palace Tea Room.
