Rainbow Chard

Whilst doing some grocery shopping this morning, I saw this bunch of gorgeousness staring back at me from the veggie section... I have never seen Rainbow Chard before and I am blow away at how pretty it is. It was impossible for me not to buy a bunch and now need to ask you lovely readers out there - any ideas what I should do with it? I have no clue, having never even cooked chard before... I'm making a red wine and rosemary lamb shank pie tomorrow - so thought it might make a nice pairing, if I can get my hands on a good recipe...

Ideas anyone?
