White Bean, Chick Pea and Roasted Garlic Tapanade

Ingredients

1 x 400g tin chickpeas

1 x 400g tin white beans

1 x large clove of garlic - roasted

Juice of 1 lemon

Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Optional - pinch of fresh chili flakes

 

Method

Place everything in a blender and whizz together until blended. Serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and squeeze of lemon.
