weekly RECIPES + subscriber only mini mag

Every Friday, a new recipe will be uploaded to the blog.

EACH RECIPE LINKS TO A PRINTABLE SEPARATE PDF, SO YOU CAN EASILY SHOP FOR INGREDIENTS WITH A PRINTOUT AND COOK WITHOUT HAVING TO LOOK AT A PHONE SCREEN ETC.

In the coming months, I will add a subscriber-only addition to the site where readers can sign up for a membership to access a unique mini-monthly cookbook containing 12 recipes that will not feature on the blog and will be themed around seasonal ingredients and special occasion topics. This subscriber-only mini-mag will commence in July 2023.

weekly RECIPES + subscriber only mini mag

All recipes featured on the blog between 2010 and 2016 (before I took a hiatus and moved back to Ireland for a few years) have all been individually transferred to this new site and updated. These recipes are available to purchase as categorised Mini Cookbooks - you can find a link to the mini cookbook store here.

There are eight titles, but I will be adding to these with new titles throughout the year with new and exciting themes and content.

I am charging a small amount per cookbook to keep this new blog running without featuring a load of tacky adverts and links to nasty Google ads. These sales help me fund ingredients for new recipes and cover basic costs for running the site. So the more I sell, the more interesting the content will be! So tell all our friends and click here to buy. Cheers :)

PLEASE Note
An additional Mini Cookbook features all the content from the blog over the years since its inception. It is a union of all the eight individual titles. Also, it includes all the photos from all the original blog posts, so basically, a downloadable book of the entire old What Katie ate blog.

This is the only way to access this old blog content, as the only site is now deleted and obsolete.

COOKING MEASUREMENTS AND OVEN TEMPS

I use Australian spoon measurements. Australia uses the International metric cup and is the only country worldwide that uses the traditional tablespoon measurement of 20ml. The rest of the world uses the global metric tablespoon measurement of 15ml.

PLEASE REFER TO THE BELOW ONLINE CONVERSION SITES IF YOU ARE NOT BASED IN AUSTRALIA:

ALSO, PLEASE NOTE ALL OVEN TEMPERATURES ARE FAN-FORCED. SEE THE LINK BELOW FOR HELP IN THIS AREA IF YOU REQUIRE ADDITIONAL INFO IN THIS AREA:
